Welcome to the website of National Leadership Development Day ("NLDD," "we," "us," or "our"). NLDD is a one-day virtual leadership development event streamed online. Program details — including the date, agenda, speakers, sessions, and format — are provided for informational purposes and may change or be cancelled at our discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but we do not guarantee any particular speaker, session, or outcome.
3. Registration, Tickets & Payments
Registration and ticketing are handled by our third-party provider, Eventbrite. Any purchases, payments, refunds, transfers, and related terms are governed by Eventbrite's terms and policies in addition to any conditions we specify. Complimentary or promotional registration codes, where offered, are limited, may be withdrawn at any time, and are subject to any stated conditions.
4. Speaker Submissions
If you submit an application to speak (via our Google Form), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Selection of speakers is at our sole discretion, and submission does not guarantee selection. By submitting, you grant NLDD permission to use your submitted name, likeness, biography, and session details to promote and operate the event.
5. Recordings & Media
Sessions may be recorded, streamed, and later made available to registered attendees or the public. By participating as a speaker or attendee, you acknowledge that recordings may capture your name, voice, image, questions, or comments, and you consent to their use for event delivery, archival, and promotional purposes. Recordings and event materials remain the property of NLDD or the respective rights holders.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the "nldd" wordmark, and design — is owned by NLDD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Speaker-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the website or participating in the event, you agree not to:
- Disrupt, harass, or harm other participants, speakers, or organizers;
